These fully furnished two bed, two bath executive rentals are conveniently located in a beautiful

waterfront community in Winter Haven Florida. Just minutes away from Legoland, Theme parks, yet

within walking distance from many restaurants including Starbucks, Panera Bread, Chick-Fil-A, Boston

Market, Outback and Red Lobster. These friendly, relaxing condos are the perfect place for you to find

your home away from home. They are fully equipped with gourmet four burner gas- stove in Condos 1

and 3; and electric stove in Condo 2. All kitchens are custom designed and fully equipped – including

soft/self- closing drawers and cabinets, deep stainless sink, granite countertops and full-size stainless

steel appliances. Each condo contains full-size Washer and Dryer. Laptop/computer friendly workspace

provided. Master bedrooms are ensuite. (See each unit for bed and bath configurations). Beautifully

decorated and well appointed. Once you have settled in you can walk to the boardwalk that extends

over Lake Lulu, a 315 acre natural freshwater lake which is part of the Winter Haven Chain of Lakes.

Enjoy the beautiful sunsets and scenery; fish on the lake for largemouth bass, bluegill and crappie. Read

a book on the covered gazebo, bird watch or just refresh. Then go back to the condo and enjoy a

relaxing evening curled up on the couch watching any of the streaming services provided. Don’t forget
